19 Jun Meghan & Forrest {Mountain Magnolia Inn}
When I first laid eyes on Meghan and Forrest’s wedding at Mountain Magnolia Inn, I was overcome with immediate fairy tale vibes. I don’t mean that in the cliché way, and just to say it, but I mean it actually reminded me of sitting in front of a TV and watching a Disney movie and because of that, I love this wedding, and this couple, all the more. That gorgeous, cascading floral installation by Flora (seriously, I cannot get enough), the bits of pastel color in whimsy in the unique, Oriental rugs, those darling puppers in the floral crowns, and that groom’s cake in the shape of a fish . . . this Big Day has so much personality and flair and I am thrilled we get to dive even deeper into its imagery here on the blog. Meghan spotted Forrest long before he noticed her as Meghan notes that Forrest, “tall and handsome,” he’s hard to miss. The couple dated four years before getting engaged (with a diamond stunner that included diamonds from both his grandmother’s and her mother’s rings) and tied the know on a warmer than average April day last year. This one is chock-full of inspiration, so ladies, get those fingers ready, because it is so totally pin-worthy. Thanks, Revival Photography, for these lovely shots!
